We handle all AV and IT technical production before and during your event, from network and equipment setup to real‑time troubleshooting, so your presentations run smoothly.

When you’re producing a conference, summit or live broadcast, every cable and codec matters. Our Production & On‑Site IT Support service focuses on the technical side of production rather than showcalling or event logistics. In the pre‑production phase, we collaborate with your team to define network requirements, specify AV and streaming gear, conduct site surveys and integrate our systems with venue infrastructure. On event day we’re on site to configure and monitor all IT and AV equipment, ensure cameras, microphones, switchers and encoders are talking to each other, and troubleshoot any glitches in real time.
